My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
When seeking any refund, contact me directly by email (spokenbyelswyth@gmail.com) and provide the email address on your website account and your order number, plus any other relevant information about the refund.
If I am able to give you a refund, I will try to apply that refund to your original method of payment within a few days.
