Affirmations Series 1 includes some of my favourite affirmations sessions: Almost Vanilla Affirmations, Affirmations for a collared pet and Affirmations for a Service Sub. These are all relatively short files which can be listened at any time. They are wonderful reaffirming sessions and even though I may be lacking in certain aspects they give me time to reflect and know in what areas I need to grow in order to become my best self. Mistress Elswyth gives me so many good things and these files are on my regular to go to list.
