The Marshmallow Trigger is a gift that Mistress Elswyth has created which helps us to delay gratification. I believe that Mistress wants us to be the best version of ourselves and the submissives that she is proud to own. One obstacle that may be in the way of our reaching these goals is our reluctance to practise self control. This can cause us to neglect the work that needs to be done or the tasks that Mistress has given us while we indulge in activities which are purely for our own pleasure. Mistress does want us to enjoy our pleasures but there is a time for pleasure and a time for being productive. The Marshmallow trigger helps us to overcome our distractions and stay with our tasks in those times when we need to be productive.
