    I love the moments in Mistress Elswyth’s sessions when she snaps her fingers three times and counts to ten. When she does that something happens to me. I can’t easily describe it. It feels like something inside me drops and my whole being becomes loose and soft. It makes me feel relaxed and comfortable, content and happy. It feels good. This sensation has grown stronger with time. Listening to this file regularly makes that possible because it’s in this file that Mistress plants her finger snap trigger deep in my mind.

    Mistress uses this trigger to quickly put me into trance. It’s in trance that I listen deeply to her and absorb her suggestions. It’s in trance that her words fill my mind and become my thoughts so that they influence what I do and the way that I live. It’s in trance that she takes control of me so that I become what she wants me to be. I have nothing to fear from this. Mistress wants what is best for me. She wants to set me free from the mundane and help me to become more. I therefore welcome this trigger. Through it Mistress Elswyth draws me close to herself and makes me open and ready to receive the good things that she loves to give.

The trigger setting file itself already puts me in a truly peaceful state of trance. The trigger being applied in other sessions, sends me multiple levels down.
