There are a number of routes through this journey. There’s an introductory session, then there are options for making your way through the other six sessions. You can solve the puzzle and take the perfect route; roll a die and let it choose the sequence; or you can make your own choice of which session to listen to on each day. One of the six files ends the journey because in it Mistress insists that you find release.
