This session uses the Going Deeper Faster trigger setting that you can find in the shop, as well as in the Beginner Bundle. Be More Bold also uses the visualisation of a whirlpool as part of the hypnotic induction. It might not be suitable for listeners with a fear of dark, deep or open water.

I’ve listened to countless sessions by Mistress Elswyth and each time Mistress has eased past any initial reluctance to bring out my true submissive self. By offering Self Growth sessions such as this, Mistress guides you forward helping you to confront your fears and re-frame your thinking. Don’t expect instant results though as you’ll likely need to put in the work and continually build upon the foundations laid by Mistress.
One minor critique of this sessions is that perhaps there are one too many methods upfront to assist with the relaxation element of the session but this is a little quibble. Otherwise this is a rewarding and nourishing session from Mistress and one which she will ultimately benefit from. 4 🐾 out of 🐾.
