Hibernate is a gentle sleep hypnosis session, threaded with themes of ownership. It includes a lengthy induction ideal for less experienced hypno subjects. The session moves on to a trigger setting, and a 35-minute visualisation.
Of course, Hibernate ends with an instruction to sleep, whether for a nap or all night. I want you well rested so we can play again!
The session ends with 10 minutes of music that gently fades out at the end. Two versions of the file with different background music are included.

Hibernate – a sleep session in two parts. In Part A, Mistress Elswyth gives me a couple of puzzles to solve. I am not one of Mistress’ clever ones, so her puzzles leave me worrying away at my finger nails, feeling perplexed about what it is that I miss that the others get. This time however, I don’t need to be concerned. Mistress gives me the solutions in the session. Even if she didn’t, she gives me all the clues I need to solve them and she tells me from the start that what I need is to pay attention to detail. Whether I solve the puzzles or not, I just like listening to Mistress. It doesn’t matter what she talks about, just listening to her is my pleasure and delight. And of course whenever she talks, I find myself going deep down into trance, where she loves to take me and where I love to go. In Part A she transforms me into a creature of her choosing and takes me on a journey which goes up a staircase around an old tree and down into hypnosis. Wonderful, I treasure every moment of it.
Then, having failed in Part A to pay proper attention to detail, I am, in Hibernate Part B, given a second chance to transform into the fat, happy creature. I do this while I listen to the sublime voice of Mistress. She sounds as though she is not far from sleep herself and is resting on her pillow which she has put next to but a little above mine. As she talks, she takes me, once more, down into trance and up and around the tree. This time I am able to enter a beautiful, magical place made just for me where I can sleep for a whole night or just for a restorative nap.
As I make my way through this journey, Mistress whispers happy thoughts and affirmations into my drowsy mind. Some of them, because this is Mistress Elswyth, do make me feel aroused. Mistress always likes to sprinkle me with a healthy dose of erotic dust that never fails to make my body tingle. And at the last, Mistress plants in me a trigger that is guaranteed to give me a good night of tranquil sleep. After my sleep, when I wake, I notice how peaceful, quiet and still I feel. It is as though my mind and whole being have been bathed and soothed. I am so grateful to Mistress Elswyth for giving me this beautiful experience. May we all rest peacefully, our contented minds filled with sweet dreams of Mistress Elswyth.

Tony wrote such a wonderful review that there is little to add. I can only reiterate how wonderful it is to listen to Mistress’ voice and being introduced to another wonderful trigger which lets you sleep deeply.
