Magic Finger is a sleep hypnosis session for Caregiver Little (CGL) enthusiasts. It is spoken in a gentle voice and invites you to imagine yourself at a younger age. You’re learning to fall asleep and control your dreams with some help from your favourite grown-up.
This session will help you let go of the day’s cares and sleep soundly. It can be listened to outside of bedtime and you’ll be instructed to wake fully. However, you’re likely to benefit the most from listening to it just prior to going to sleep. Footed PJs are optional.
18+ Only.
All participants are encouraged to listen to a safeword setting session prior to any hypnotic sessions. Tunnel of Light is the free version available to all.

Mistress Elswyth likes to remind me that I contain multitudes. She delights in drawing out and introducing me to these different elements of myself. In Magic Finger, she takes me into my most childlike self as I become her Little One. As this child, I am weak and vulnerable. I need someone strong and wise to have authority over me and to take care of me. In another session, Mistress is my governess who puts me in my place with her Mild Rebuke. There is no need for that in this session. This file only has room for happy thoughts. Here, Mistress is my special grown up. She is kind and generous and always has my best interests at heart. I trust her and depend on her for everything. I love becoming this vulnerable helpless me. I love the way that Mistress takes care of me and keeps me safe.
In Magic Finger, it is my bedtime. I am dressed in my favourite pyjamas complete with feet. Mistress tucks me up in bed and talks me down into the world of my dreams. She speaks soothing words that help me to shake off the cares that have clung to me from my day. How I love her gentle, tender voice. She helps me to discover my Magic Finger. When I play with this in just the right way it gives me lovely tingly feelings and when I’ve got it ready I can use it to fill the room with fairy dust. The dust creates a magical world where I can go anywhere, where anything can happen and where I can become anyone. As I sink down into refreshing sleep the visions of this world fill my dreams.
I keep this session in the rotation of files that I listen to regularly. It takes me quickly into a restful sleep. It soothes me to end my day with the sound of the voice of Mistress Elswyth filling me. It helps me to feel close to her through the night and into the brand new day.
