Trigger Training – Day 34

You really should have Going Deeper Faster in your possession already, but if not you can find it in the shop.

Welcome to Day 34. Have you been practicing your trigger settings like a good boy? Have you marked Valentine’s Day on your calendar? Both are equally important, although one may have more of an impact on your happiness next Monday.

So… my dear submissive; we have an interesting week ahead of us. One where you will have the chance to relish the feeling of being vulnerable. Of being loved… cherished… in giving me what no so called Alpha-male could ever give me. Letting out that soft, gentle side of you to be reassured and guided, while increasing your endurance for that stick, or statue play. All good things for my dear submissive, because I love to give you good things.

Now before I give you a task for today, I want you to find a position for me. You need to be sitting… back straight, easy enough, right? Way easier than being on your back… in the bed… legs pulled up with your hands gripping your thighs, spread wide.

Nope! Nope, none of that. This is one you could even do at the dining room table, so sit… back straight. Good boy.

We’re doing the four, seven, eight breathing. It’s like a natural tranquiliser for your nervous system. It’s a good way for us to get into our Day 34.

So, I want you to place and keep the tip of your tongue against the ridge of tissue right there behind your upper front teeth. Find that spot. Keep your tongue there for the duration of the breathing.

Completely exhale through your mouth, making that “whoosh” sound. Now close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to the mental count of four.

Hold your breath for seven… two, three, four, five, six, seven.

Exhale completely through your mouth, making a “whoosh” sound, to the count of eight.

Now keeping your tongue still there, I want you to inhale quietly through your nose to the count of four… two, three, four.
Hold… two, three, four, five, six, seven.
Whoosh… two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.

Again. In… two, three, four.
Hold… two, three, four, five, six, seven.
Out. “Whoosh”… three, four, five, six, seven, eight.

In… two, three, four.
Hold… two, three, four, five, six, seven.
“Whoosh”… to eight.

And find your own breathing rhythm after. Ah… feels good, doesn’t it?

So your task for today is to listen to Going Deeper Faster. I’m going to have a new trigger setting coming out in the upcoming weeks, but this is one that you will need for this week’s session. Going Deeper Faster.

And your Permissive Circumstance for today… no. I want you extra ready for tomorrow, so no release today. Say “Thank you Mistress”. Well done.
