The Ouchie Stick – Day 14

Welcome to Day 14.

Okay, it’s going to be a little bit different today because this particular episode isn’t for everyone. If you’re listening somewhere, anywhere, that privacy is not an option, this episode isn’t for you. At least, not right now. You can come back to it later.

You will need your ouchie stick, and privacy, and a space where you can be on your side. So go ahead and pause this if you need time to find that. They ouchie stick, the privacy, and a place where you can be on your side.

Okay, ready? On Day 6 you found that tender spot between your thumb and forefinger. Using that spot, you endured, showing what you’re willing to take for me. Do you remember the honour system? I tell you how hard, painful, it should feel… and you dole out just that amount. Light, medium, and so on.

We will use that honour system today as well. And I am an experienced Mistress, I know that curious boys test out their toys. And there’s a great chance you already tested the stick, and that’s okay. I didn’t tell you to use it, but I also didn’t tell you to abstain, so I want punish your eagerness. This time, we’re going to do it together.

So, it’s time to find that comfortable position. Be on your side, with your legs tucked up, your free hand can hold you stick. In a moment we’re going to start some familiar breathing, and during the breathing I’ll tell you three times when to strike. Aim for the back of your thigh.

Oh, I’ll also tell you how hard. Our honour system guidelines are this; I expect you to be firm, but not so hard that the second stroke is unbearable. Leave room to go harder… got that?

Okay, we’re gonna use our box breathing for this, so we’ll go in for four, hold for four, out for four, pause for four… and remember, there’ll be three strikes in here. So…

In. One, two, three, four.
Hold. Two, three, four.
Out. Two, three, four.
Wait. Two, three, four.

In. Two, three, four.
Strike.
Out. Two, three, four.

Good, I’m proud of you. I know you likely tried your hardest. Today’s task, well… today’s task was obviously smacking yourself with a stick, because I said so. A chance to be clever – Day 13

Welcome to Day 13.

It’s not quite Friday the 13th, but wouldn’t you agree dear, that it is close enough for us to call it “lucky”? I want you to start today by kind-of stretching and moving. I’m going to join you in that because I have the habit of being one of those super-virtuous people that gets up at five-odd in the morning and heads to the gym, and today… I am trying to get more in the habit of using the different weights and so on. There’s just a few machines I’ve totally ignored, and you know how when you choose something completely different, it makes you… well… you find a muscle you don’t normally use.

I did that today, so I think I’m so used to doing like… large group things, that… ugh, this one particular, the arm one, was like… yeah, I don’t do that movement, in my everyday life.

So today is going to be one of those stretching and moving days, constantly. So shake yourself off, like my doggo coming out of the river. Stretch a bit. And find a good position.

Okay, so; I want you to breathe in deep for two; One, two.
And out for three; One, two, three.
And in for five; One, two, three, four, five.
And out for eight; One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.

Now breathe, at your own pace, for the next thirteen seconds, being aware of the breath as it travels throughout your body.
Thirteen, twelve, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one.

And for twenty-one seconds I want you to breath again, at your own pace, but see that breath lighting up your body as it travels through. Go on; I’ll be quiet this time and watch the clock for you.

All lit up and perfect? Of course you are. And now, I want you to continue this breathing at your own pace, but you’re going to move your body. Feel the muscles respond as you tell them what to do. And I want you to be inspired to choose a position that perfectly matches your mood for today.

This position that you find, you’re going to hold it, if possible, for 34 seconds, starting now.

There, now… how do you feel? This time devoted to you, us… me. You always feel better for taking the time to focus this way. Your task for today is not an easy one, but it is a fun one and it does add to your creativity, and it uses that brain of yours that I love. Besides, don’t you enjoy a chance to be clever?

Your task for today is to find a thirteen letter word without using the internet. Yes, that means you can grab a handy book, or co-worker, or… or who knows, maybe just that clever lad on your train. But no internet.

And your Permissive Circumstance for today is this; if you know what two, three, five, eight, thirteen, etcetera create, well then… you have my permission to enjoy your release today.

Welcome to Day 12.

Should we celebrate hitting a dozen? I think we should… why not, right? I have a gift for you. This is a gift that has been unwrapped previously, but… but it has something given freely, and I really want to play with this one, so I’m tossing it out there.

This is the Dear/Darling trigger. This particular trigger, I’ll explain more, when you go get it… but basically it sets in a phrase that leaves you so open and willing to do whatever it is that’s next.

As always, repetition is key so you need to listen to the trigger regularly over the next few days or so. It’s all about keeping that word rune doing its job. Dirty Talk – Day 11

Welcome to Day 11. We’re going to talk a bit about dirty talk. Both inside of Femdom hypnosis sessions, and outside of it. You know… everyday life stuff.

So what is your yum, when it comes to dirty talk? What if you could be guaranteed to hear exactly what you crave said to you in the next full session? That particular phrase that never fails? More on that later… let’s get you breathing and moving first.

So for today’s position, today’s pose, I’m going to give you a bit of leeway. If my dearest is out and about and it a situation where you can’t really call attention to yourself, how about you just take your left hand, and place it over the wrist of your right? That feels good. And if you do have full freedom of movement, I want you on your knees. Either up, or resting back on your heels. You decide.

For breathing today, you can go slow. You don’t have to rush. Take your time with “In”, and slowly, ease it “Out”.

In. And Out.

Slowly, deeply, back in. And out.

Find your rhythm, but keep it slow. Sensual. A few of the phrases that I enjoy, off the top of my head… I think the first one especially for when enduring, is “You’re doing so well for me.”

“How badly do you need this?”

“I love it when you’re ass-up on the bed.”

“You were made to be used by me.”

“I’ve been thinking how I’ll take you all day.”

Do you feel inspired yet? How about these ones?

“I love how you take everything I give you.”

“I give you good things.”

Or the one that almost always creates a tingle… “You may need to use your safeword tonight.”

And finally… “Shush… or I will gag you.”

So, my obedient one, my careful listening one. I have two tasks for you today. The first is an opportunity to show of. To share more. To let me in a bit more. Share with me your favourite Dirty Talk phrase, that personal yum. And, I’ll be choosing some of them to use in the upcoming session that’s all about endurance.

But as I mentioned, there’s also a way to have it guaranteed, as long as your phrase isn’t ridiculous.

The other task; Dirty Talk, as I said, is all about listening to my words, what I say to you, carefully crafted for you. Over the first ten days of this series, there have been multiple instances where a key two-word phrase has been misspoken, on purpose or not, who cares? But it is out there.

Your task, my beloved, is to tell me which episodes, which day, the misspoken phrase appeared in. For my Patrons, I’ll provide a hint of how many days this mistake-or-not occurred, so you’ll know how many to find. Am I wasting my time? – Day 10

So here we are on Day 10. Now Day 10 might be just a smug reminder of how wonderful you are, or it could be a pretty shocking revelation that you’re not what you think. Before we get into all of that, let’s find ourselves closer together. I want you to shake off tension. Thoughts, distractions. A mental shake, a physical shake.

And breathe in.
Hold.
Out.
And again, breathe in.
Hold.
Out.
Breath in.
Hold.
Out.

Continue to breath in deeper than normal, but not so much that you go under, or fall over. And now that I firmly have your attention, I want to talk to you a little bit about energy. And the flow of energy between me, to you, and back to me. I want you to realise and recognise that your needs, wants, they do extract a lot of energy to meet. Right? Think about it.

Think about the creativity. The practical. Everything that goes into my words reaching your ears. Draining me of energy, it doesn’t serve either one of us, does it?

Now in everyday life, in everyday life, our sessions would likely be met by… well, acts of service. The energy that you put back into us, it’s not just about serving me. It’s also about keeping my enthusiasm, my energy, my want for you, high. So these acts of service, while yes, they are obviously serving, they’re also replenishing, and protecting energy.

So, let’s see something. Let’s see if you have been giving me what I deserve by doing a quick flashback to Day 6. Part of all proper training is reinforcing ideas. It’s why the Femdom Hypnosis Sessions, you listen to those once, again and again, making sure those triggers and sensation, that they have found a home in that mind of yours. Every fire, burns hot and then, burns down. The wood falling in on itself, and it begins to choke out the flames. So reinforcing is stirring those embers, getting fresh oxygen in there and building it up again. Toss on another stick!

But not a particular stick. Do you remember which stick you found on Day 6? First, some simple housekeeping; if you didn’t listen to Day 6, go back and do so now. But, if you did listen, and you didn’t Obey, Day 6… stop listening entirely. Seriously. I’m not offering these sessions up each day as pure, passive entertainment. Even though they are enjoyable, right? I know I’m enjoying them. But I’m also working and investing in you. And I make sure that everything I ask for is something you can really do. Direction. Discipline. Service.

I understand if sometimes your day-to-day means not hearing me every day… but god I cannot tolerate laziness. I put a lot of energy into you and in return it is your job, your purpose, to give back to me. I put a lot of myself into this. Into you. And in return, I want a lot of you.

Even as I train you, your submissive self, your mind, should already be formulating how you will return that energy to me. Is it through a work of art? A work of words? An image that you know I’ll love? A small token to satisfy that gift-giving love-language? Or proof?

Proof that you’re steadily working towards a better you. To offer me the best pet possible. And remember, your ouchy stick? It needs to stay handy because it will be touched upon in the future. I know your tolerance varies, so again we’ll be using that honour system when we get there… but today is just a short, Monday reminder of expectations, and checking to see if you’re meeting them. We’ll cover the Ouchy Stick instructions later.

Today’s Permissive Circumstance is simple; if you made it to the end of Day 10’s message and you’re hearing this now, you have my Permission. It means you already did Day 6 and you obediently fetched your stick. Your task for today is to describe your Ouchy Stick. Either in your journal, or to me… you can send a picture.

Slow down – Day 9

Welcome to Day 9. This one is going out a bit later because it’s meant for relaxation. Maybe even one to listen to as you’re unwinding, getting ready to fall asleep. Or perhaps you’ve just finished a fantastic shower. Still warm, damp. And just want to have that quiet, peaceful bit extend longer.

I know that sometimes I’m guilty of… of needing speed in my life, of just the agony of being forced to slow down… like going into the shop and grabbing a few items, getting out to the checkout and then… the person in front of me has decided they have forgotten something and so they go to get it.

Or there isn’t a price-tag.
Or whatever else happens.
It, yeah, I think that’s one of my personal hells.

Now with that said… if you and I bumped into each other at a local park, I would chat with you about anything. Easily. Five minutes, ten minutes, more. With no problem. I guess it depends on whether or not there’s a task waiting. Oh, and speaking of tasks, there are none for today. There’s no homework. There are no clues, no puzzles, no Permissive Circumstances… awww… c’mon, cheer up. There’s just the stopping.

So with me, for a moment, if you’re doing whatever else, I dunno… brushing your hair or organising your socks, or… or ummm, organising the toy drawer… do most people have a drawer? I want you to stop.

Yep, that’s it. That simple. Whatever you’re doing, other than listening to me, stop doing that for a few moments. And now I want you to listen. Usually those background noises we just push away, and every time you push them away it helps you to focus more on me. You. Us. It takes you deeper.

But for today, for our Day 9, I want you to see if you can pick out some background noises. Maybe a sound that’s always there, and has been so there, that you totally don’t hear it any more. For me, in my everyday life, where I’m standing right now, speaking to you, it’s the occasional car going past. It’s not loud enough to be picked up… usually not loud enough for you to hear. Once in a while a big old truck goes rumbling by… and it’s so consistent in my life that I often don’t hear it at all.

And now I want you to look. You might have your eyes open already… I’m willing to bet they’re closed. Open your eyes. Now look for something dinky. Teensy-weensy. In your field of view. Okay, now find another thing. And one more. And yes, I know… stop, listen, look, is basically train-crossing advice, right? But just go with me on this… because these little details, these little things you can learn to pick out, they do enhance your creativity. And you know that I’m all about your creativity. So as you unwind for the evening, or maybe just unwind for an afternoon break… stopping, listening, looking at little details, it makes a difference, it truly does. Especially if you’re being creative with words, description.

For instance, in my everyday life, in front of me, on the wall, is one of those teensy-weensy artworks. I don’t know if they’re as popular as they are, used to be, but… about the size of a business card. People would do like, original inks, or oil paintings on them, and I love them. I mean how amazing to have this teensy-weensy piece of art. I think I’m said teensy-weensy three times already, that is not a clue, a hint or a puzzle, so don’t try to remember that. Let you brain relax.

Anyway… it’s hanging up over there. And because of the light that’s coming in through the side window, and the little piece of tape that’s holding it on has this glisten to it. And that has been my little detail that keeps catching my eye, is this glistening piece of tape. Probably because most people would notice the little piece of artwork, and maybe I’ve just admired that piece of artwork enough times that now it is the tape’s turn to shine.

So after look would be touch and smell. This I want you to do by imagining me, sitting in front of you. My hair is dark, it’s long. Use touch by pulling your fingers through it. Almost as if you’re going to separate it for a braid. Comb your fingers through it, partitioning it out to having three separate bits. Now lean forward. Inhale. You know my scent.

Good, isn’t it? This slowing down. You’re breathing slower than when we started… your heart rate is slower. Your mind is more relaxed. And I’m willing to bet you have a bit of a smile on your face.

So that’s it for our Day 9. Just slowing you down. Enjoying the little things. Don’t worry, I’ll get back to teasing you and more tomorrow. But for today I just… needed… this quietness, with you.

Inner Resources – Day 8

I’m going to invite you to take yourself, in your mind, to that location that always feels wonderful. You know where it is, and it means it’s easy to go there with me, to the shared headspace. This same exercise, it’ll be used in an upcoming full-length session together. But I figured my dearest deserved a bit of a peek at it today. Familiarity means a session will easily take you deeper, and the effect stronger. All good things.

So before you take yourself somewhere, I want you to take yourself into relaxation.
Breath in for me. And out.
In. Out.
In. Out.

Find a good rhythm for you. Maybe give yourself that shake, like the doggo coming out of the river. Hear me, be with me. Push out everything else, and let’s be together.

So take yourself, in your mind, to a location in our shared headspace, that feels right. I can offer one that I have a special fondness for, but first, let me ask you to recite after me. Let’s see if you remember… if you know… repeat after me.

“My name is…” do you know what is said next? “My name is…”
And now… “My name is… I am bound to Elswyth.”
“My name is… I am bound to Elswyth.”
“My name is… I am bound to Elswyth.”

Feel the pleasure of those words. Go on. Do it again.
“My name is… I am bound to Elswyth.”

And now come with me, to the spot that just feels good for me, today. In this gallery of sorts. This gallery of mine, it has a tapestry on the wall. Now my pet, you can choose any temperature for the room… any flooring under your feet, any sounds in the air, because none of that matters. It’s the tapestry that you’re focused on. See a light, it illuminates the image in front of you. Drink in that scene. A man, and a woman, a font of water. The closer you get to the image, the more you can concentrate and see every detail, one-by-one. The room that these figures stand in, it’s lit by candles. A circle of meagre flames growing into a hole, together, bathing the couple in light. You can see that the man’s eyes are closed. And you note that he is floating. Floating, just a bit above the ground, or the bed… and at peace. Safe. Secure. Exactly where he wants to be. And she, she is holding a cloth, washing his face, or perhaps drying it. What ritual has been performed? See the label on this tapestry? No artist is given, but the name of this work of art is easy to read. Just two words, etched into the gold label, in familiar handwriting; “My Prize”. A proud name for a piece of art.

Art can be chiseled, painted, sculpted, made and remade until made just right. The gifts that I give to you, the word runes that keep you on the right path, memories made and remade, placed.. habits removed, added, tweaked.

So choose now a favourite place of yours in this shared headspace. A dressing room? A training room? A chair? A bed? Kneeling near a drain… a warm, open room, with an inviting bathtub? Or are we outside and not in a room at all? Maybe a useful tree being useful? A bench, placed among the flowers. A walk up the hill.

Find your place and be there for the next while, and then your task for today is to share it with me. I want to know where my pet finds himself when left to his own devices… and if you have found this place easily, and naturally, you’ve met today’s Permissive Circumstance for release. The Birth of Venus – Day 7

Welcome to Day 7. First a little bit of housekeeping, by giving you the disclaimer, but I would call it a spoiler; you’re going to be un… clothed in today’s visualisation. Now, it’s not hypnosis, so if you’re in the park or on the train, or wherever, you’re not going to be stripping off all your clothes. But the image in your head head, it involves a bit of nudity. Sounds fun, right? Right, so let’s get started.

Before I put that image in your head, we’re getting started with your breathing. Do you remember doing the Lion’s Breath with me before? It’s a pretty easy yoga breathing exercise… a lot of beginner’s learn it, so even if you didn’t learn it from me, you may know it from somewhere else in your everyday life.

It’s relaxing, it’s fun, which is… which is why you probably always hear the smile in my voice whenever I mention it. All you do is this, okay?
Take a deep inhale through your nose.
Lean your head back.
And breathe out, through the mouth, with your tongue out.

Got it? It’s almost like one of those lion statues with their tongues out?
Okay… breathe in again, through the nose.
Lean the head back.
And out. Breath out, tongue out.

And one more time. You know the steps, go on.
In.
Back.
Out.

How nice is that? Stimulating, right?
And now let’s take in one more breath.
This one, slow… and you don’t have to tilt your head back.
Just breathe out, blowing out.
Blowing out like that West Wind. The Zephyr.
Out. That’s it.

The air around you, in this visualisation of ours, as I walk you into a certain pose.. the air around it tastes as sharp as it kind-of feels against your bare skin. It’s briny. This briny air, now I know that the ocean and the beach isn’t always where we go to for visualisations. It has been a little overdone, right? Spa music and so on, they all want you to be at the beach, but okay… you’re going to keep that in mind for this.

There’s no hand sand, under your bare feet. Instead, the hard, wavy texture of something… I can’t give it all away here, can I? I mean, let’s pretend that this is like… this is this version of a rug. So there you are standing on something hard, and wavy. Your feet are bare. The air is briny. The west wind, zephyr, blowing. And you’re nude. Vulnerable.

Your right hand, it covers your chest. Pretend to be a pretty maiden, clinging to her modesty, if it helps. Can you guess where the other hand goes? Come on, pretty maiden, who’s naked and modest. Right, it goes between the legs, covering what’s there… how does that feel? And this is made easier because your hair has magically grown long. So long and wavy, or kind of smooth and straight, it varies… and it reaches down below your waist.

And keep those legs close together, especially your thighs, wit your weight mostly on your left leg. Got it? Got this pose? Oh, and one of the Horai, they’re nearby, and waiting to drape this mantle around you to help with that modesty issue. Have you guessed it already? How long did it take you to realise, my silly dearest, that you are not a statue at all. Instead, you’re immortalised in a magnificent painting that hangs on the wall in… I think Firenze. I could be wrong.

Wait. No, I’m right. Oh wait, no no… you would not be in Firenze at all, hanging on somebody else’s wall in a gallery. You would be on my wall. Right? Maybe a cleverly cut, recess where you can be in with a frame around? Ooh… I like that. Because my love, you would be heartsick and lonely without me. You’re meant to be displayed, near me.

And I know you enjoy posing for me. If you haven’t memorised all of the slave positions yet, be sure to do so. They need to be handy. Go read today’s note and follow the instructions if you still don’t have them nestled as a word rune.

I endure for Elswyth – Day 6

Welcome to Day 6.

Now today is not going to be for my anti-masochism crowd at all. Sorry about that. But with the talk about canes and toys and some of the other interesting conversations going on, I thought maybe we would do a teensy-weensy bit of play along those lines.

Go ahead, for a moment… find comfort, right? Shake it out, whatever works for you. My go-to tends to be, wiggle my head, wiggle my shoulders, wiggle down through my hips, and through my legs. Just something about this whole-body-wiggle, is very like… “Okay”, it’s very like, oh man… I hate to describe myself this way, but the puppy-play enthusiasts will probably love it; you know? And well, you also know how much I love my doggos. Anyway.

So, imagine you are a… dog… in the river. A warm river. I’m not going to subject you to the British ones right now. And you come out, right? So this weight of the water is just on you, and that weight for today, that’s just the mundane. Whatever you’ve been wading through so far, that’s been on you. And then you just shake. Imagine almost in slow motion how dogs do it, and it just flings everywhere. That.

Give yourself a shake.

Good Puppy.

Did that give you a tingle? So, shaking all that off, let’s talk, just a quick moment about “why”. So why sadism, and why masochism? Obviously there is that give and take, that exchange of power, with me. Giving me that power, to inflict upon you, whatever I need, for us, to feel good. I love giving you good things.

This practice. This play. When done right, it has a lot in common with our Femdom, our hypnosis, sessions. It lets you find that submissive float. That alternative state of consciousness. It is relaxation once you’re able to do it. And there is that meditation, especially when we get to the point when it’s just… sensation.

Hit. Touch. Slap. Pinch.
Over and over. A nice spanking, with a rhythm.
Hit, hit, hit.

And you find that breath. You find that thought. And time goes. Any kind of resistance goes. Your body gets flooded. Totally flooded with all of those hormones that make you feel so good. And we connect. We connect in a way that’s so different, and so hard to explain to others, but why would we fucking care to explain ourselves to others? Right?

Because we, are we. And others are others. And those shadows, they’re so easy to ignore. So right now, I want you to practice a bit of endurance. With one hand, I want you to pinch the skin between the thumb and forefinger of the other hand. Find that skin there, that webbing there… and pinch it. However hard you pinch is kind of up to you. You are on the honour system here.

Keep doing so. And now I want you to do it while finding your breath.

Breath in. Two three four.
Out. Two three four five.
In. Two three four.
Out. Two three four five.
In. Two three four.
Out. Two three four five.

Keep pinching. And now let’s try finding your centre with words.

Okay. You can stop now, if you want. We have a longer playtime coming up, so… my dear masochist, or masochist in training, you will be able to perfect that enduring for me. But I want you to revisit today again, and keep going. Practice centring with the breath, or practice centring with your words. Perhaps change that thumb and forefinger pinch with an ouchy-stick, found outside or at a craft or hardware store.

Or maybe, and this is your Permissive Circumstance for today, maybe use a handy hairbrush, that’s eager to find your inner thigh. If you’ve ever done so, you have my permission for release today.

And your homework? Your homework is to take yourself outside, assuming you haven’t done this already because I know some of my long-term listeners and followers, I know you’ve done the Sensation Play with the three objects… but if you don’t have an ouchy-stick… and remember it can be little. Not everything has to be big, thick, long… little and skinny can be okay too. I want you to go out and find one.

Day-Words – Day 5

This is Spoken by Elswyth, the Femdom podcast with authentic hypnosis and useful training for the submissive man.

Welcome to Day 5, dear. Isn’t it nice to be here? Did you say or mouth the words “Yes Darling.” instinctively? If not, maybe you need to go back to Day 4. And don’t worry, it’ll come to you eventually. The so-called Day-Words. Do you know what I mean? The Day-Words?

It’s like the so-called Day-Collar. The collar that looks like a necklace… a bracelet, a cuff. Or perhaps even ink, etched into your skin. That collar, that symbol, the passable one. The one that passes in the middle of a crowd, or while we’re playing board games with friends. Or that sun-kissed day at the beach.

“I think you’ve had enough dear.”
“Yes, Darling.” and you stop.

It’s almost like magic how well that training works. Before we talk more about dear, and Darling, I want you to find your breath for me. Let’s do that today with box-breathing. We can do fives, I promise, you’re not going to end up spread out on the floor.

So breathe in, two three four five.
Hold, two three four five.
Out, two three four five.
Wait.

In, two three four five.
Hold.
Out.
Wait.

In.
Hold.
Out.
Wait.

In.
Hold.
Out.
There. Keep your breath going. Deeper than normal, but still comfortable.

And now I want you to find your position for me. You can do this for your everyday reality, or up in your imagination. So you’re standing, tall. Your right arm a few inches away from your body. The elbow bent. If you must, you can imagine doing the chicken dance just with the right arm, and make that chicken wing.

Now be still, so that my left hand is placed on your forearm. Perhaps the sidewalk is icy, or I have on heels and we’re going down my favourite staircase, in my favourite hotel. Whatever. My hand on your arm. Does your left hand instinctively cross to be placed on my hand? Close. Secure. This walk, together.

My gentleman during the day, happy, eager, creative, kind. And a whole list of other things, of course. My slave during the night, eager, happy, willing, open. Of course the day isn’t always day, and the night isn’t always night. The day can be at 11PM after a long day, when I need my almost-vanilla gentleman, and not my desperately horny submissive. Of course, you’re you, and those things do mingle together. The same one who whispers the naughty thought into my ear, can also hold the flowers bought “just because”.
