Good morning! We have recipes (and satisfied followers).
So I’ll make sure that I protect people’s privacy by not linking names and recipes/places. Thanks to those who included pics as well. I like that asking someone about their hometown “known for” is a surefire way to start a conversation.
It ties into what we’ve discussed about connecting with others. I’m not trying to be the self-help guru here, trust me my interest is still more in playing fun mental games and improving rope skills… but from private conversations I know there is a struggle with balance, expectations, and anxiety. Our Eunoia for today touches on that too.
Our poll is going strong — should you be able to save permissive circumstance rewards for another day? Wayne has upped the ante to say he’d be willing to inform me of when he does so. I told him that’s a good start. Any thoughts on what you think should be included?

Eunoia’s format is shifting. Thank you to my dear ones who share their polite, constructive notes with me. I have willing volunteers to discuss maid training, affirmations, personal growth ideas, and the format of Spoken by Elswyth.
As you know, this isn’t my full-time job and it is my goal to continue to make it never feel like a job at all. The feedback I’ve received on structure allows for a consistent feel to Eunoia. What started off as a couple of minutes of focused time has evolved into this goodwill between us, an open conversation, and I want to keep it that way.
With that said, Eunoia will have defined parts. We will always begin with the preamble for shoutouts, answers, and updates. This is followed by time to prepare yourself for our daily devotion and a one minute period of quiet. We’ll wrap up with any homework or permissive circumstances to make it easier for you to get onto that busy – or pleasurable – post-Eunoia bit.
After we’ve wrapped up our March, I’m using the beginning part of April to put into place a clever idea given to me by a follower. Previously I tried to stick to one theme per week, but that can be limiting. Instead, we will follow thoughts where they take us. Eunoia will be recorded one day in advance so it’s scheduled to be up early for those AHEAD in the time zones.

Confidence is considered a “soft skill”. It is one you can learn and practice. But can you do it while undermining yourself?
So while I love the idea of the Long Way To Go that my dear follower mentions, it should undermine his confidence. It should thrill him. It thrills me.
Remember what I said? It’s a skill. How confident you are varies depending on if you’re in the board room, the bedroom, or on another endless Zoom call. It varies and, often, you’re the one that controls your (everyday life) situation.
