Eunoia (October 5th), Locktober Mind Control and Fast Math

Today is a somewhat shorter Eunoia because I’m getting out MCF’s out for today. More about that later… first of all, Bunnybee sent me a polite request for a MCF based on JOI. Lots of acronyms there, right? An MCF JOI that involves a stroker or… I like the word stroker better than Fleshlight, because now that I’m an American living in the UK, whenever I slip and say flashlight instead of torch, which I think torch is ridiculous, I know that there’s a certain group of people that automatically turn flashlight into Fleshlight.

But torch, seriously? Torch sounds like we’re getting, y’know the tar and feathers and we’re gonna go storm the mad scientist’s lab up on the hill, right? Torch is just… I don’t know. I can’t do it. Anyway… so… Bunnybee mentioned an MCF JOI that involves those particular types of toys and, I have recorded one that does involve that. But… it might not be what you were hoping for. It is part of the Locktober Mind Control Fragments.

So, I delayed a day or two on those because it was just easier to record all the bits and pieces in one fell swoop, but the first one should already be available and for those who are impatient and don’t want to wait for them to trickle, drip, out… you can find the entire set on the website, and the link is also in the podcast, YouTube, website description.

Ummm… you can always go to the blog post usually to find things. You know what, let’s quadruple the Patreon and just earn me enough money that somebody else can do the YouTube and the posting and whatevers, because I would always rather create and talk to all of you, than do that side of things.

Okay, so… yeah… so that’s coming out, and there’s no early peeks for my Happy Harem on this one, because I really love knowing which of you just couldn’t wait.

So, for Obey, it is going to be a little different today. No breathing, no meditation, simply because I am releasing an MCF today that is all about stress reduction through breathing, so your homework is to listen to that MCF release. Even if you’re not interested in the Locktober, per sé, you can still listen to that, there’s some positivity in there… and then, ummm… y’know that’s easy enough for you, right? That’s easy homework, listen to me talk to you. You’re doing that already, look at you, you’re so good.

Let’s balance it out with something trickier. Here is your Permissive Circumstance. Okay, come on, hope you had your coffee, tea, run? Whatever you need to do this morning… or afternoon, or evening, depending on when you’re listening… what is [REDACTED]?

September 1st – Restart / Refocus / Reset

If only it could be Monday. Ah, well.

For some of you, this may be a true beginning with me. For others, it may be a continuation of your growth. And there are the few that need that “restart”.

I’m grateful for my dear Happy Harem and your support throughout this trying summer. Even the little notes checking on my family with Hurricane Ida, etc, mean quite a bit to me. Acts of service through the giving of time is part of my love language – shocking, eh?

I hinted at this in an earlier Eunoia but finally solidified the best way for us to progress through this September. I’m still playing some catching up with my Real Work, but I have a gazillion ideas for SbE that I want to see to fruition. Today’s Eunoia has an HW / PC in it regarding one such project. Send your reply.

So you are going to jump into your fall with a Naughty & Nice Goal Setting and every day that you work towards one of them, you’ll give yourself a point. Write down (digital or electronic) what you did to progress, even small things count as progress, and at the end of the month, you’ll send it my way.

You will be rewarded based on how many days you completed. No fibbing. Got that?

Keeping track can be done with a spreadsheet, napkin, or an artistic endeavour completely with coloured pencils. If you go with non-digital, just snap a pic of it on Sept 30th.

I will share in the first Oct Eunoia what others got up to (anonymous of course!) and the rewards.

Voice in the Background: Violet

This is the first stone in the Sabriel pillar. It is a voice in the background session, not hypnosis. Instead, it is a way for us to build a connection outside of our hypnotic session. Tuesday Eunoia

First: Oh, no! It’s late(ish). I solemnly swear that the others for this week have been scheduled and will be at the usual time.

Second, I’ve enjoyed this little trek of here & there. I’m curious about what other paths we could take in this theme… any ideas? I like the notion of the pendulum (did you catch that riddle in CtD?) swing between ‘nilla and kink. The balance allows for a healthy growth and a well-rounded you.. and us. If you have a truly naughty idea, I’m happy to run with it. Depending on the “naughty level”, I’ll decide if it actually goes public outside of this website.

Finally, The feedback on how the daily meditations have increased the pleasure of the erotic (and not!) hypnosis has thrilled me. Practicing visualisation, sensation awareness, and hearing my voice regularly works to create the perfect foundation. Plus, hey, we enjoy this!

Saturday Femdom Sleep Hypnosis and Eunoia

Yes.. this is late(r than normal..).

I hope everyone had (or is having!) a fantastic Saturday. For me, it involved escaping to the woods in a nature reserve previously unknown to me. The land was reclaimed from a landfill and now has a bog, pond, streams, meadow, etc. All in all not a bad way to spend a few hours on a Saturday.

Due to all of the BS going on in the world — and a very sweet note from a YouTube follower – I’ve decided to release the sleep hypnosis session publically.. a bit earlier than I expected. My patrons have given me great reviews so I’m sure others will feel the same.

It is called Lumber Slumber and uses a tree as a natural eco-friendly way to explore some sleep bondage. If you have a fear of heavy limb hypnosis, this is likely not for you. A few tips:

An hour or two after lunch is a natural time to nap since your blood sugar and energy levels drop. If you drink your afternoon coffee before your nap, you’ll wake up feeling the effects.

Studies show that 20 minutes of sleep in the afternoon provides more rest than 20 minutes more sleep in the morning (though the last two hours of morning sleep have special benefits of their own). The body seems to be designed for this, as most people’s bodies naturally become more tired in the afternoon, about 8 hours after we wake up.

Use a prop. If at work, do this by bringing something subtle to work that you associate with sleep and can use during your nap (think: slipping on cozy socks underneath your desk, listening to this session with headphones, or taking a sniff of lavendar oil). If at home, try napping on the sofa or in a comfortable chair so you won’t be tempted to stay in bed.

The 20-minute power nap — sometimes called the stage 2 nap — is good for alertness and motor learning skills like typing and playing the piano.
